This year, I have taken a year-long class with an inspirational teacher, Susan Stein. In each session, we learned a new technique, and had an opportunity to play freely for a bit. I have enjoyed the class, and it reminds me of kindergarden craft hour. Not to say that the techniques are simplistic, but merely that the class emphasizes having fun and playing. I love learning new techniques, growing as an artist, and discovering what I like (and don’t).
